Housing and Food
- NGW students may take full advantage of the on-campus facilities as provided to NGW by our generous host campuses.
- Full room and board are available to all students for an additional cost
- Students are housed in dormitories in which most rooms are double occupancy, with some campuses offering quads.
- Private rooms may be available, depending on the campus, for an extra fee.
- NGW houses students according to age and gender.
- Three meals are provided daily to students staying on campus. Vegetarian options are available at every mea. Day students may purchase meals or meal packages once they arrive on campus.
- Adult students desiring hotel accommodations can find a list on each of the campus pages
- Students requesting a specific roommate must notate the desired student’s name in the appropriate section on the registration page
- Certain campuses may require parking fees.
- Students attending consecutive weeks are not charged an extra night’s fee for the day between sessions, and meals are provided.
- Health-care providers are on most NGW campuses, and full hospital services are nearby all campuses.
Students Under 18
- By law, all students under the age of 18, including day students, must have a completed health form on file. Both a family physician and parent or guardian must sign the health form. Underage students without a completed health form will not be admitted on campus.
- Student under the age of 18 are not allowed to leave campus without an approved chaperone from the NGW staff and signed parental permission slip on file with the NGW offices.
- Day students under the age of 18 must be dropped off and picked up daily by an adult family member.
- Residential students under 18 who have cars on campus must turn in their vehicle keys to the NGW office. These will be returned at the end of the week.
Student Conduct Policy
NGW strives to create a positive learning environment which allows all students the ability to progress in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. In doing so, NGW has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy and acts in accordance with policies set forth by our host campuses.
